CANCELLATION POLICY We require at least 48 HOURS / 2 FULL BUSINESS DAY’s notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Sabrina Aluotto

Sabrina is a Manual Therapist currently studying Kinesiology at Brock University (2026) and in her final year. She has a strong passion for movement, recovery, and athletic performance.

Throughout the years, Sabrina has been a dedicated multi-sport athlete, competing in figure skating (on ice and wheels), cheerleading, tackle football, and rugby. Her experience as an athlete has given her a deep understanding of body mechanics, injury prevention, and the importance of strength and conditioning in maintaining optimal performance.

For the past four years, Sabrina has worked as a Head Medical/Sideline Trainer for various sports teams including football, rugby and soccer. In this role, she provides on-site medical support and injury management during practices and games. Her responsibilities include assessing and responding to acute injuries, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, performing taping and soft tissue techniques, and supporting strength and conditioning efforts to help athletes recover safely and return to play. Sabrina also works closely with coaches and players to promote injury prevention and overall team health.

In addition to her sideline work, Sabrina is a Personal Trainer and tackle football coach, where she helps clients of all ages build strength, improve movement quality, and reach their performance goals. Sabrina combines her academic knowledge, athletic background, and hands-on experience to provide effective, movement-based care that supports recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Alene Falomo ND RAc

Dr. Alene Falomo ND is the founder and clinic director of the Integrative and Naturopathic Health Clinic of Mississauga and has been in private practice since 2001. She is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario, and she completed her Bachelor of Science Undergraduate Degree at York University, majoring in Biology.

Austin Lebar

Austin Lebar, BSc (Hons), DOMP, RMO, RMT is a Registered Manual Osteopath and Registered Massage Therapist who has been in private practice since 2019. He is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, National Academy of Osteopathy, and University of Waterloo, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Science Undergraduate Degree, majoring in Kinesiology.

Practice Focus

Austin treats patients of all ages, with a particular focus on neuromusculoskeletal disorders and chronic pain management. His approach is tailored to address the needs of working professionals, athletes, and elderly patients, where his aim is to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance the overall quality of life for patients.
