CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the practitioners’ day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require at least 48 HOURS / 2 FULL BUSINESS DAY’s notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than this amount of notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the FULL charge for the appointment fee booked. Thank you for your understanding

Austin Lebar
Austin developed a passion for working with the human body during his time at the University of Waterloo, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a pre-health professions option. While figuring out how to transfer this health knowledge and build a career that could impact peoples’ lives, he discovered the life-changing field of Osteopathy, graduating with a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2018. Since then, he has devoted his time to furthering his knowledge in the field, taking continuing education courses and focusing on cases of chronic pain to ensure the best patient care possible.
Professional Experience
Austin provides manual osteopathic treatments to alleviate discomfort associated with a wide-ranging number of issues including: sciatica, frozen shoulder, osteoarthritis, headaches and migraines, fibromyalgia, postural strain, muscle spasm, plantar fasciitis, chronic low back pain, and neck pain. He has also witnessed the benefits of holistic rehabilitation while working at the Movement Disorders Research and Rehabilitation Centre in Waterloo, Ontario, where individuals with Parkinson’s disease were taken through a series of exercises and therapy to improve quality of life.
